I knew within the first minute of meeting Kassandra and Paul for the first time that their Engagement Portraits would be so fun! Their smiles were so warm and inviting, and their laughter between the two of them was just infectious. When getting to know my IMcouples, I always ask about their Engagement Story. Some times brides get so busy, that they forget to share their story with me. No big deal, but I just LOVE to hear how my couples actually met and then got engaged!

Kassandra, so perfectly, described in great detail how Paul tried setting up his phone to record his proposal before their weekend trip to see the Dave Matthews Band play in PA. Kassandra was packing the car and kept calling in to see why he was taking so long. After coming into the house and hurriedly swiping his set-up phone, she was so surprised when he got down on one knee and proposed!! It was so memorable because she was so surprised, and kept wondering why it was taking him SO LONG to get into the car so they could GO! At the concert they bought matching DMB concert t-shirts, which we made sure to photograph during their session.  I laughed when I read their proposal story, and at the same time got goosebumps because it’s such a real-life meets romance story. I love it.

And I LOVE Kassandra & Paul! They were so amazing during their Engagement Session at Pratts Falls in Manlius, NY. They came so well prepared, and they absolutely rocked it–I was so impressed! We had a blast going all over the grounds of Pratts Falls, and enjoyed the beautiful weather we were blessed with that evening.
